We assist our customers in optimizing their on-board storage plan. We help them saving time and money by making sure the selected service items will fit in their cabin compartments before they buy it.
We provide a full specification including a storage layout matching in-flight service constraints, a weight matrix allowances compliance and a dimensions chart for both service items and storage compartment allowing the inserts to be designed and manufactured (we measure each item and compartment accurately).
We follow closely the engineering and manufacturing phases to ensure our customer will get the inserts on time and on high-end quality.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Based on our customer specification or our own specification (see previous paragraph), we design the inserts respecting ergonomic, aesthetic and usability standards.
We provide 3D models (.step) or 2D drawings (.dxf) depending on manufacturing means and needs.
ENGINEERING
MANUFACTURING
We manufacture our inserts based on our customer definition and production files or based on our own production files from our engineering (see previous paragraph).
We are using CNC milling and laser cutting machines. We mostly transform plexiglass or lightweight foam for the insert.
We mainly cover our inserts with leather or suede fabrics but they can be finished with any decorative material of your choice.
